When I came across PRTS, a psychological clinic doing heart-centered work in Islamabad, I saw a mission hidden behind quiet visuals. Their services were life-changing, but their voice online was faint.

So I asked myself,
“How do you turn a clinic into a comforting digital space people feel safe in — even before they visit?”
That question sparked the birth of a fresh, story-led strategy.
