Strategy:

  • Interests: Real estate investment, luxury apartments, passive income, property investment, property buyers.
  • Retargeting: Website visitors, video viewers, page engagers.
  • Lookalike: Based on existing lead forms.

Ad Creatives:

  • Video Ads: Luxury lifestyle, drone shots of apartments, highlights on high rental income, ROI, and construction updates.
