Client Overview:
Elite Custom Boxes is a custom packaging and printing company that provides tailored packaging solutions for businesses. The goal of this project was to strengthen the company’s social media presence, improve audience engagement, and build trust with potential customers who discover the brand through social platforms.
When I started working on this project, the company’s social media presence was very limited. The pages mainly contained product images of boxes, with minimal engagement and very low reach.
The challenge was to transform the social media presence into a trust-building platform that communicates expertise, value, and professionalism to potential customers.
The Challenge:
Before implementing a new strategy, several issues were identified:
- Content was mostly simple product images
- Posting was inconsistent
- Very low audience engagement
- Limited reach and visibility
- No educational or value-driven content
This meant that when potential customers visited the social media pages, there was very little content that helped build trust or demonstrate expertise in the packaging industry.

Strategy & Approach
To improve performance and build a stronger brand presence, the focus shifted toward a value-driven content strategy.
The main objective was not just to post content, but to build credibility and educate the audience about packaging solutions.
Key strategies implemented included:
- Creating educational posts about packaging and product presentation
- Designing visually engaging content to attract attention
- Publishing content consistently across platforms
- Introducing Reels and short-form videos to increase reach
- Developing a structured content calendar for consistency
- Focusing on engagement-focused content to encourage interaction
The goal was simple:
When someone lands on the brand’s social media page, they should immediately feel that the company is professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

Over a period of approximately 3.5 months (Nov 2025 – Mar 2026), a consistent content strategy was implemented across multiple platforms.
